Had a very negative experience with Ceylinco insurance. The senior executive Mr.Suranji who was assigned the policy issue took way too long and wouldn't even bother to update via on the claim for MONTHS. Finally had to go to Ceylinco multiple times and constantly check even on the minor updates. Very disappointed

Worst place ever. My mother paid 237,000/= for 12 years and received only 160,000/=. Never recommend to anyone.
They even tried to start new insurance from 160,000/= that she received after 12 years.

Guys don’t waste money on ceylinco life Insurance.
When I’m starting life cover They told me they will cover my medical bills. Now I had critical medical condition and now they are telling me I have to admit In hospital at least 4 days to get this advantage. I have a cancer situation right now and the Docter said I don’t have to admit 4 days but I must treat and take this tests this immediately .
Please at least tell about this when someone starting a insurance cover.otherwise they also have a trouble with those hidden policy.
